At MyFirst Preschool, we are a small, high-quality early learning center carefully designed to provide the best care and education for children aged 2-5. Beyond the standard New Zealand early childhood curriculum, we offer specialized music and art programs—helping children build confidence, express themselves, and discover their creativity. No extra classes needed—everything is included!
Our Philosophy

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we honour each child’s unique way of exploring and expressing through play, movement, music, and art.
We view the environment as the third teacher—carefully designed to spark curiosity and discovery.
Rooted in Aotearoa, we embed te reo Māori, tikanga, and kaupapa Māori into our daily practice.

Our Curriculum
Nutritious Meals · Made with Care, Every Day
We provide two meals and one snack daily, all freshly prepared on-site by our in-house chef—so parents don’t need to worry about packing a lunchbox every morning.
Our menu includes a variety of flavours and cuisines—Indian, Chinese, Kiwi, and more—giving children the opportunity to explore different tastes while enjoying delicious, well-balanced meals. Each dish is thoughtfully planned with nutrition in mind, using carefully paired ingredients to support healthy growth and development.
