MyFirst Preschool

At MyFirst Preschool, we are a small, high-quality early learning center. Moreover, we are carefully designed to provide the best care and education for children aged 2-5.
Beyond the standard New Zealand early childhood curriculum, we also offer specialized music and art programs. As a result, children build confidence, express themselves, and discover their creativity. Additionally, no extra classes are needed—everything is included!
Our Philosophy
At MyFirst Preschool, we see childhood as life itself. Furthermore, it is rich in creativity, potential, and wonder.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Therefore, we honour each child’s unique way of exploring. In particular, we focus on expression through play, movement, music, and art.
Additionally, we view the environment as the third teacher. Consequently, it is carefully designed to spark curiosity and discovery.
Since we are rooted in Aotearoa, we embed te reo Māori, tikanga, and kaupapa Māori into our daily practice. At MyFirst Preschool, we grow, create, and wonder together.

Our Curriculum
Nutritious Meals · Made with Care, Every Day
We provide two meals and one snack daily. Additionally, all food is freshly prepared on-site by our in-house chef. Therefore, parents don’t need to worry about packing a lunchbox every morning.
Our menu includes a variety of flavours and cuisines. For example, we serve Indian, Chinese, Kiwi, and more. As a result, children can explore different tastes. At the same time, they enjoy delicious, well-balanced meals.
Furthermore, each dish is thoughtfully planned with nutrition in mind. We use carefully paired ingredients. Consequently, we support healthy growth and development.
